ICTSM is a two-year NCVT trade that focuses on computer hardware, software, networking, and IT system maintenance. The course is designed to build strong technical foundations in the first year and advanced system and network skills in the second year, preparing students for IT support, hardware technician, and system maintenance roles.

ICTSM – 1st Year Theory

The first year of ICTSM focuses on basic safety practices, electronic components, computer fundamentals, and introductory hardware skills. Students learn the theory behind computer systems and essential IT tools.

ICTSM – 2nd Year Theory

The second year of ICTSM builds on the basics and covers advanced system maintenance, networking concepts, data management, and IT security. Students gain deeper theoretical knowledge for professional IT roles.
